Cyberpunk 2077 features several legendary clothing and armor sets scattered throughout Night City. Each item from the legendary set can be improved, and all these things make it possible to install various additional implants.
All sets are inspired by the character classes from the original board game. For example, the legendary rocker set is based on the rockerboy archetype, which is rebellious and wayward anti-heroes like Johnny Silverhand. Their clothing style is inspired by various rock musicians - from punk rockers to metalheads from the 80s. Once you complete the first heist and gain access to the open world, you can go in search of items from the legendary rocker set.

Points
High impact rocker aviators can be found at Rancho Coronado, which is located in the Santo Domingo area. The closest fast travel point is in Kendal Park.
Find the Foodscape just west of the Ferris wheel. The glasses are under a flyover in a small camp for the homeless.
You need to find a body on a mattress right next to the shop wall. Points from the legendary set can be taken from this corpse. Your character must be level 18 or higher to equip this item.
Outerwear
This item is located in the Kabuki quarter located in the Watson area.
Find the ladder near the Kabuki fast travel point (center).
Climb up the next ladder located to the left of Bellevue's fast travel point.
Move to the very end of the passage, at the end of which stands one of the members of the Tiger Claws gang. There is a corpse a few steps away from which you can pick up a nylon rocker vest (for male V) or a composite rocker mini jumpsuit (for female V).
Torso clothing
This item from the legendary set can be found on the roof of a building on the coast in Pacifica. The closest fast travel point is Pacifica Pier.
Moving along the highway, you will see a large gap in the fence. Climb over it, go along the concrete ledge and get up the stairs to the building, above which you can see the sign of the Hotel Marquess.
Go a little further and you will find several corpses near the impromptu music stage, where, apparently, the shooting of the video did not go according to plan. On one of the corpses is a reinforced rocker T-shirt (for a V-man) or a reinforced rocker bra (for a V-woman). Your character must be level 16 or higher to equip this item.
Pants
This part of the legendary set can be found in the city center, namely in the business district. The nearest fast travel point is the business district (north).
To the left of the road is a fenced room with a locked door. To open it, you need to pump the character's strength to at least 12 or install an implant for an enhanced jump. With this implant, you can jump to the very top of the cage, and then go down through the hole in the roof.
Pants can be found on a corpse with a bucket on its head. These are heat-resistant rocker pants (for V-men) or heat-resistant rocker shorts (for V-women). Your character must be level 30 or higher to equip this item.
Footwear
The last part of the rocker's legendary set can also be found downtown in the business district. The nearest fast travel point is Skyline and Republican Drive, from where you need to move to the left.
Walk along the wall of the building until you reach a locked grate. You can open it only if you managed to pump the hero's power up to 12.
However, you can also jump down to the small passage to the right of the grate to bypass the locked door and reach the desired item.
On one of the corpses near the blue boxes you will find rocker boots with a protective coating.
