The best Sandevistan in Cyberpunk 2077: where to find and buy

A guide to finding the legendary Sandevistan implant, which will allow you to become an almost invulnerable death machine.

The popularity of Cyberpunk 2077 has skyrocketed since the release of Cyberpunk: Edge Runners on Netflix. As part of this series, we saw a completely new look at Night City, its inhabitants and various advanced cyber technologies with which the characters of this world can endow themselves with truly superhuman abilities.

An important place among these technologies is occupied by "Sandevistan" - an operating system that gives its owner heightened senses and the ability to briefly slow down time in order to move at super speed. It is heavily used by Edge Runners protagonist David and is also available in Cyberpunk 2077 in several variants.

Below we'll show you how to get one of the legendary rarity Sandevistan implants in Cyberpunk 2077. This guide explains where you can get this operating system, how to use it, and what modifications are required to reduce the cooldown of its effects.

How to get the best Sandevistan in Cyberpunk 2077

Cyberpunk 2077 features 10 variations of the Sandevistan operating system (more on them below). Perhaps the best of them is "Qian-ti Sandevistan" (ver. 4). By following our guide, you will be able to upgrade this implant to such an extent that its effect will take only 3 seconds to cool down, thanks to which you will be able to destroy enemies while moving at super speed throughout most of the fight.

So, in order to find and upgrade the Sandevistan implant with a legendary rarity, you will need to complete the following procedure:

• Raise reputation level to 27.
• Raise reaction level to 15.
• Accumulate 28 Eurodollars.
• Purchase the Qian-ti Sandevistan Implant (Ver. 4) from Fingers in Japan Town.
• Upgrade your Creation stat to 18 to unlock the Inventor perk.
• Craft 3 Legendary Heat Sink Mods.
• Install the Heat Sink modifications to the Sandevistan implant.
• Arm yourself with your favorite melee weapons and try out your new build in practice.

After completing the first three points, send to Reaper Fingers, who can be found in Japan Town in Westbrook. Its exact location is shown on the map below.

You can meet Fingers after you start Act II of the Cyberpunk 2077 story campaign. Once you reach reputation level 27, you can purchase the Qian-ti Sandevistan Implant (Ver. 4) from Fingers for 28 Eurodollars.

By the way, Fingers plays an important role in the main quest "Secret Pleasures". If during the passage of this mission you hit or kill him, then in the future you will not be able to purchase anything from him.

To install the Qian-ti Sandevistan Implant (Ver. 4), you will need to upgrade your reaction level to 15. Once you do this, you can drop in to any reaper in Night City to install the implant.

This version of Sandevistan is considered the most powerful in the game for several reasons: a relatively fast cooldown of effects (by default it is 15 seconds) and slots for three modifications, where three Heat Sink modifications can be installed. The best Heat Sinks in the game reduce the cooldown of effects by 4 seconds, so if you install three of these upgrades at once, the total cooldown will drop from 15 to 3 seconds.

To get the three Legendary Heat Sinks, you'll need to upgrade your Creation stat to 18, and then unlock the Inventor ability. After that, you will be able to craft the legendary versions of the Heat Sink mods yourself.

For each Legendary Heat Sink, you will need the following resources:

• 12 common item components;
• 8 unusual item components;
• 5 rare item components;
• 3 epic item components;
• 2 legendary item components.

Once you've crafted all three Legendary Mods, go to any Reaper who will install them in your Sandevistan to reduce the cooldown of the effects to 3 seconds.

How to use Sandevistan in Cyberpunk 2077

By activating the Sandevistan Implant, you will trigger its effect, allowing you to slow down time and move at super speed compared to the characters around you.

Melee weapons work well with this effect. Firearms will be useless as each bullet will slow down like all enemies around you, however any melee weapon will move at the same speed as you. It is also recommended to install one of the following implants - "Gorilla Arms", "Mantis Blades" or "Monostring".
