The Dirty Pearl Necklace in Resident Evil 4 Remake is a common piece of jewelry that is stained with mud or excrement. It can be found in two locations in the village - on the farm and near the village chief's mansion. In both the original and the RE4 remake, you need to solve mini-puzzles to keep both necklaces clean, as a clear treasure costs 4 pesetas more.
Is it possible to clear a pearl necklace in Resident Evil 4 Remake?
Unfortunately, the soiled treasure can no longer be washed. As soon as it falls into a puddle or into a dirty well, its value immediately decreases, and it can no longer be corrected. Therefore, you need to keep track of where each of the two necklaces land in order to make more money selling them in the future.
In the Resident Evil 4 remake, both treasures are suspended above the ground. If they get into your inventory dirty, then this means that you made a mistake trying to get them. Let's see how this can be avoided.
Pearl Necklace 1: Village Farm
The first necklace is hanging from the windmill on the farm, where there are several blue medallions. In order not to stain this treasure, shoot at the bell in which it is hidden at the moment when the decoration is on the right side of the windmill. Otherwise, it will fall into a puddle and lose a lot of value.
Pearl Necklace 2: Village Chief's Mansion
The second necklace is on the way to the village chief's mansion - in the location where you need to fight Dr. Salvadar (Ganado with a chainsaw and a bag on his head). On the left side of the area, you can see a well with a bell hanging over it. You need to first shoot at the wooden block propping up the lid of the well in order to close it. After that, shoot the bell so that the necklace falls on the closed lid and does not get dirty in the well.
Comparison of the cost of a dirty and clean pearl necklace
A dirty pearl necklace costs 80% less than a clean one. For an ordinary treasure, the Merchant will give you 5 pesetas, while for a soiled jewel, you will receive only 000 pesetas. By the way, in the original version of RE1, the difference was even higher - each of the two clean necklaces was sold for 000 pesetas.
Note: Both pearl necklaces cannot be combined with gems, so it is recommended to sell them as soon as you find them.
