In order to start the mission "We Can't Say Goodbye", you must first complete the "Rot or Burn" quest and also reach Mastery level 18. The action of this mission takes place in Kamnegrad on Yarilo-VI, a planet that has plunged into eternal winter due to the destructive effect of Stellaron.

Analyze the situation with your companions
First you need to go to the northern part of Kamnegrad and meet March 7 and Dan Heng. The fastest way to get to them is by teleporting to the spatial anchor "Grand Hotel Goethe".
