Rogue Raider
When it comes to the popularity of Outcasts, the Outcast Raider skin is still the most requested skin in the game. Since it was introduced as a special offer in the Item Shop during Chapter 1 of Season 1, only a small number of people own it. Although the community is asking Epic Games to return it, it's unlikely that it will ever appear in the item store.
This is what makes him so rare and contributes to his popularity in the game. At the same time, the skin is not particularly original in terms of design. It's pretty basic and pales in comparison to the new skins that are being added to the game. Nevertheless, this is a truly legendary piece that has already become a classic.
Cyber outcast
The Cyber Outlaw is the newest version of the playable character. This skin was officially added after the Fortnite v24.20 update, it was created with the futuristic atmosphere of the season in mind. Unlike the other variants of the character, the Cyber Outcast appears to be a cyborg.
In all likelihood, she was moved to Mega City along with the Peace Syndicate. However, her role at the current stage of the storyline seems to be limited to cosmetics only. However, the skin is currently listed in the Item Shop and the Cyber Banishment Pack can be purchased for 1600 V-Bucks.

The Flare is a fiery version of the Rogue Raider that first appeared in the Item Shop during Season 2 of Fortnite Chapter 3. It's no secret that she comes from another reality and apparently has the ability to control fire. She was even shown on the island as an NPC back in Season 6 Chapter 2.
For all that, The Flash is probably one of the most unique versions of the character. While not currently available in the Item Shop, it can potentially be obtained for as little as 200 V-Bucks if the skin is listed. Players who participated in the Back in the Game program in Chapter 4 Season 3 will be able to take advantage of this discount.
Skeletin
In Fortnite Chapter 8 Season 2, the fanciest Renegade Raider variant was revealed in the Item Shop during the Fortnite Nightmares 2021 event. This version of the character, known as Skeleton, resembles a glowing skeleton. Given that spooky season usually sees quite a few skins like this, it has been well received by the community.
While Skeleton isn't unique in design as there are other similar skins in the game, at 1200 V-Bucks for the whole set it was a pretty good deal. Since it is also based on the character model of the Bounty Hunter, it has become a coveted skin for dedicated fans.

Undeniably, Frost Raider is a good skin, but it lacks the showiness of the aforementioned options. The only reason many players own this skin is because it was introduced to the Item Shop with the Legends of Dark Ice set. The bundle in question also contains a Midas themed version called Ice Midas.
Given the popularity of Midas, some players have jumped at the opportunity to purchase this set, so they now own the Frost Raider skin. However, this skin is not so bad. During the battle in the ice/snow biome of Fortnite, Season 2, Chapter 4, the character can be used to gain a tactical advantage on the battlefield.

Gingerbread Raider is perhaps the closest variant to the original Rogue Raider skin. The character models are very similar, with the only difference being that this one is winter themed. While this option looks amazing for holiday events like the Winter Festival, it looks different at other times.
