Collecting all seven posters hanging in different parts of the administrative district in Honkai: Star Rail will unlock a unique achievement.
Having reached the administrative district and having studied its sights a bit, you will need to spend the night at the Goethe Hotel. Unfortunately, the next morning, the Pathfinder will be ambushed and forced to flee from the guards, after which you will unlock a new region - the Sewer Pass.
Wanted posters are posted throughout the administrative district in Honkai: Star Rail. These posters contain arrest warrants for Pathfinder, March 7, Dan Heng, and Sampo. Interestingly, for each of the heroes, two versions of the posters were made, with the exception of the Pathfinder. If you manage to collect all seven wanted posters, you will receive a unique achievement.

Where to Find All Wanted Posters in Honkai: Star Rail
Poster 1
Teleport to the Goethe Hotel and head southwest to find a small open area with tables. On the wall hangs a wanted poster for Sampo. Click on the interaction button to rip the poster off the wall.
Poster 2
Return to the main road and head north, then turn west to see a March 7 Wanted Notice. Approach it and remove it from the wall. If you climb the stairs near this poster, you will find a treasure chest.
Poster 3
From the previous poster, turn around and head north until you reach a billboard that one of the locals is looking at. Here you will find a wanted poster for the arrest of the Pathfinder.
Poster 4
Next, move to the central square and follow to the northeast, and then go along the wide descent. On the wall to the right, you will find a wanted poster for Dan Heng.
Poster 5
After that, move further down the descent and approach the pillar in the northwest, where another poster with the image of Dan Heng hangs. It looks much funnier than the previous one.
Poster 6
Not far from the previous poster is another wanted poster March 7. To find it, turn around and run to the left side of the stairs leading to the theater.
Poster 7
The seventh and final Sampo poster can be found southeast of the theater near the stairs. It hangs on a column at the very foot of the stairs.
How to get the 50 credits achievement in Honkai Star Rail
Collecting all seven arrest posters in the administrative district will unlock the avatars from those posters, as well as the "50 Credits?!" achievement, which can be found in the "Our Memories" section. The reward for this achievement is 5 Star Jades. You will also receive 2 Adventure Logs and 20 Shields.
After tearing down all seven posters from the walls, the Pathfinder asks why none of the Silvermane Guardians came to the rescue. He decides to turn to Cheetah and Pele, who will explain where these posters come from and why the portraits of the characters on them turned out so strange.
